1. Limited Product Warranty

WaterBow Fitness warrants that all WaterBow Fitness-branded products (“Products”) are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twenty four (24) months from the original date of purchase.

If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within this warranty period, WaterBow Fitness will, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the defective Product at no charge;
  • Replace the Product with a new or refurbished unit of equal or greater value; or
  • Provide a refund of the purchase price (less shipping).

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

2. Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, or improper setup;
  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or surface scratches;
  • Use on unstable or uneven surfaces;
  • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations;
  • Use of non-WaterBow Fitness accessories or components;
  • Loss or damage due to shipping (after delivery to carrier).

No warranty claim will be accepted without valid proof of purchase.

3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

In addition to the above warranty, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.

If you are not satisfied with your Product for any reason, you may return it for a refund subject to the following terms:

  • You must log in to your WaterBow Fitness account and initiate the return request within 30 days of delivery.
  • The Product must be returned in its original packaging and condition, with all accessories and documentation.
  • You are responsible for return freight charges. If prepaid return shipping is provided by WaterBow Fitness, the cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.

4. Subscription Refunds

Subscription fees for digital workouts or services are non-refundable once the subscription period begins. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue through the current billing cycle.

5. Procedure for Warranty Claims and Returns

To make a warranty claim or return request:

  1. Log in to your WaterBow Fitness account.
  2. Submit a request under “Returns & Warranty.”
  3. Provide proof of purchase and a description of the issue (photos may be requested).
  4. Follow the provided return or service instructions.

Do not return any Product without prior authorization, as unauthorized shipments may be refused.

6. Disclaimer of Other Warranties

Except as expressly stated in this Policy, WaterBow Fitness disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WaterBow Fitness’s total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the Product.

7. Governing Law

This Warranty & Returns Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Policy shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Austin, Texas, pursuant to the American Arbitration Association rules.
